MEET YOUR BOOKKEEPER
My name is Novalee Lavictoire, and I grew up in the peaceful countryside of rural Russell. Having been raised in a quiet, hardworking environment, I deeply value the importance of dedication and perseverance.
My journey into bookkeeping began later in life when I sought a career that aligned better with my family priorities. I discovered that my skills and experiences were a natural fit for bookkeeping and eagerly dove into the field. Through extensive studying, I earned multiple certifications and even gained hands-on experience working as a Junior Bookkeeper. To this day, I remain committed to continuous learning, ensuring I provide my clients with the best possible service.
In early 2021, I founded Sweet Pea Bookkeeping as a sole proprietorship while balancing a full-time job. Since then, I have steadily grown my clientele, with the ultimate goal of transitioning to running my bookkeeping business full-time. I’m passionate about helping business owners stay organized, efficient, and, most importantly, compliant.
